Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Newton Colaus, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict refund policy to prevent abuse.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunding is available ONLY under the following conditions:

Invalid Key

If the license key provided is invalid or does not work upon activation.

Required proof: Error screenshot, screen recording with account info and key clearly visible, and proof of no IP alterations.

Out of Stock

If we are unable to deliver the product within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Change of Mind

Once a key is sent to your email, it is considered "consumed" and cannot be returned.

Incompatible Hardware

Please check the software requirements before purchasing.

Redeemed Keys

If our system logs show the key has been activated after delivery.

Digital products are non-returnable once delivered. Please ensure you have reviewed all product details and requirements before making a purchase.
